Gite on 2 levels in a house adjoining that of the owner's family. Ground floor (independent entrance): hall with wall cupboard. 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms in the attic (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Total floor space: 84 m² including attic areas. Private outdoor dining area in front of the entrance to the cottage. Terraced house in a residential area, 300 m from Viviers du lac, a shopping town overlooking Lake Bourget. Pleasantly furnished gite under the roof, with reversible air conditioning. Possibility of storing bicycles in a closed shelter. Bus stop 100 m away to reach Aix les Bains (Ondéa line n°1 connecting the SNCF station and the marina). Private parking in front of the cottage. 2 km from Lake Bourget, the Mottets leisure center and the swimming beaches. Cycle paths along the lake towards Aix les Bains and Chambéry. Port of Aix les Bains 8 km away.

Appartement très grand, belle pièce de vie, cuisine ouverte bien équipée, chambre propre agréable avec dressing . Grande salle de bain.Bon accueil par le propriétaire très serviable.Près des commerces et prés des montagnes.Très calme. Juste un petit souci les moustiques. 2
