Beautiful Sedona Home in Prime Location with Fenced Yard
4 bedroom/3 bathroom home in West Sedona, bordering Posse Grounds Park (playground, basketball, volleyball, tennis, mountain biking course, skate park, community pool, dog park, etc.). It is a 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks, several great restaurants and hiking trails. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with no other homes on it, vacant lot next door, borders open space.
Home includes new Sony flatscreen smart TVs, surround sound audio system, musical instruments, yoga mats, trampoline, grassy yard, gardens, fire pit, fully furnished and all utilities (high-speed wifi) included.
3 bedrooms (King, Queen and Full) and the fourth bedroom is set up as an office with an adjustable standing desk. Large deck with views and a comfortable daybed. Water softener, whole-home humidifier, new washer/dryer, smart home features. Hardwood and tile, no carpet.
Ideal for a couple or family needing temporary housing while looking for a longer-term home. Toys, games, mountain bike, scooter, etc. Back yard is fenced and ideal for a dog, but it would need to be hypoallergenic.

End of road, cul-de-sac location that is in a prime location and near everything that Sedona has to offer. Quiet and peaceful, walk to a massive park, trails, restaurants, stores, etc. Home feels like a little oasis in the desert, grassy yard, gardens, fruit trees, hammocks, fire pit, and spa.
