Alles bestens, bis auf...

Wir haben zu viert zwei wunderbare Wochen in Plouhinec verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist entsprechend der Beschreibung recht gut ausgestattet. Einzig der Gestank in einer der Toiletten hat uns gestört. Vielleicht handelte es sich dabei um ein technisches Problem mit der Senkgrube, das vom Vermieter hoffentlich bald beseitigt wird. Der positive Eindruck hat aber überwogen und deshalb gibt es auch eine entsprechende Bewertung.

Empfehlung mit Abstrichen

Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön, aber nicht gut gepflegt. Die Garagen dürfen nicht benutzt werden, obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war nicht in Ordnung. Das nicht funktionierenden Rollo wurde nicht repariert und die kaputten Birnen in den Lampen nicht getaucht. Der kaputte Gartentisch wurde ebenfalls nicht repariert, somit war es kaum möglich den Tisch zu verwenden. Es gab keine Übergabe des Hauses, der Schlüssel musste abgeholt werden... Der Rasen, stand über einen Meter hoch und wurde nach 10 Tagen endlich gemäht. Das Gartenhaus und der Teich sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand... Für den Preis hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet.. Die Umgebung hat die Mängel des Hauses wieder ausgeglichen.

Très bon accueil, maison très propre et très fonctionnelle. Rien ne manque . Nous étions 9 adultes et nous ne nous sommes jamais senti à l étroit. Seul petit souci sur un sommier que nous avons signalé. Nous gardons cette adresse dans nos favoris

Très belle maison, avec de l'espace pour chacun et très bien située. A revoir le lit de la 1er chambre en haut à droite pour lequel les lattes tombent une à une. Sinon, séjour agréable malgré le temps gris. Nous reviendrons et je conseille cette location.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus nah an der Küste

Großräumiges, hochwertiges und großzügig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in Fußnähe zur Bucht von Audierne mit Blick auf die Hafenzufahrt. Die Objektbeschreibung sollte allerdings hinsichtlich Garage, Kamin und Außenbeleuchtung angepasst werden. Trotzdem haben wir einen entspannten Familienurlaub mit allen Angeboten der Region ohne Einschränkungen genossen und möchten das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Propriété agréable, bien aménagée. La proximité avec la mer est appréciable même si ce n'est pas une plage aménagée avec du sable. Seul bémol le jardin n'était pas entretenu à notre arrivée ce qui a limité son usage par les enfants.

Belle maison confortable, très bien aménagée, entourée d’un beau jardin avec vue mer. Le propriétaire est très réactif, le contact est facile. La personne qui remet les clés est très facile à joindre et très efficace. Que du positif, la maison est située tout près du sentier côtier, belles balades à faire à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement !

Schönes, großes Haus nahe den Surfstränden

Ein schönes, großes Haus mit großem Grundstück. Gut für größere Familien geeignet. Die Hausverwalterin war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider waren wir nur morgens und abends dort, da die herrliche Umgebung uns jeden Tag an die Strände, Klippen, Dörfer und Städte gezogen hat. Es gibt viele Surfstrände mit großen Wellen in der Nähe.

sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Garten

Wir haben einen schönen Sommerurlaub mit 3 Personen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Für unsere kleine Familie viellicht etwas zu großzügig, dennoch haben wir den Raum genossen. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts und selbst der Weber Grill war neu. Auf der Terrasse steht ein riesengroßer, neuer weißer Campingtisch mit Sonnenschirm an dem alle Gäste ihren Platz finden. Handtücher müssen separat bestellt werden. Wir hatten es vergessen, stellte sich aber als kein Problem dar und wurde prompt extra vorbeigebracht. Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich und die Übergabe hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Garage stand uns leider nicht zur Verfügung, aber das Wohnzimmer war so groß, dass wir unsere Fahrräder inclusive Tandem im Wohnzimmer abgestellt haben. Der schon beschriebene WiFi-Anschluss ist nicht zu gebrauchen, aber wer braucht das schon bei ausgezeichnetem LTE-Empfang und gleichen Roaminggebühren wie im Innland. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen, würden aber beim nächstes Urlaub ein kleineres gemütliches Haus bevorzugen.

Nous avons passé deux excellents séjours dans cette belle maison. En hiver, le plancher chauffant est très efficace et apprécié (dommage que la cheminée ne soit pas fonctionnelle) ! Le salon est confortable, bien aménagé et offre une belle vue sur le jardin et la mer. La cuisine, fonctionnelle, dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire. Quant aux chambres, elles sont sobrement meublées mais spacieuses et offrent de bonnes literies. Pratique d'avoir 2 WC et 2 salles de bain quand on y vient nombreux. Et les enfants apprécient beaucoup le bain à remous (sans flexible de douche pour se rincer)! Bref, une maison spacieuse et sereine.
