Summary:
Beautiful home in Teaneck NJ is just 5 miles from MetLife stadium where the Wolrd Cup will take place. Its also a 12 minute drive over the George Washington Bridge. This 9500 square foot home with a 3 car garage boasts 8 spacious bedrooms along with 7 bathrooms, and a separate guest wing. Master bedroom quarters feature large 14' vaulted ceilings, fire place, walk in closets, as well as a bathroom to die for with steam shower and soaker tub. The kitchen that flows into the den is perfect for family meals and movie nights with the fireplace burning.

The Space:
The Kitchen area has two islands, high end appliances with large pantry closet and a separate hidden wet bar. Formal dining room and sitting room are perfect for entertaining guests and large family meals. The lower level has a state of the art gym- over 1000 square foot boxing and CrossFit gym along with open rec area and treadmill. Off of the gym is a full bathroom and wet/dry cedar sauna. Lower lever has a large play area with pool table, ping-pong, arts n crafts area and toy for all ages. The back yard has a covered sitting area overlooking a huge, spacious backyard with a brand new in ground heated pool as well as 16 person hot tub. There is also a huge pation area, covered veranda with a firepit off to the side. The back yard as well as the common areas of the house are outfitted with sonos speakers for fun days at the pool with family and friends. There is also an outdoor trampoline and BBQ area. This home is nothing short of a dream summer vacation home.

Amazing Weekend!!!!

The house was Amazing, my family was extremely happy with the house, especially the basement the men fell in love with, sitting around the islands in the kitchen enjoying each other company, we fell in LOVE with the refrigerator and enough space for everyone to enjoy their own private time... Definitely would come back and the owner was Amazing with the quick responses and make sure we were ok all weekend... Thanks Shlomo

Fantastic place for a large family or group

The house is magnificent and wonderful in every way. It has great dining seating for large groups and a HUGE kitchen w/plenty of cookware and utensilas as well as basic supplies (some regular wine glasses would be nice--only had the bowl shaped ones which are not good for white wine). The kitchen has three sinks and lots of island/counter space. The master suite is terrific and separated from the other bedrooms which are in their own wings. The house was terrific for all the kids--pool, billiards and ping pong downstairs along with a full service gym. Multiple large closets contained every imaginable game for kids as well as adults. There is also a basketball court outside. Back patio has very comforable seating for many people and the property is in a nice, quite neighborhood. The owner was perfect in every way--communication, flexibility and has a great personality. Costco, Aldis, Shoprite, Walmart etc. all very close buy. For us, at least, it was the perfect house!
