We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends. We loved the beach area and how relaxing it was. A quick visit to Barefoot Landing for food and shopping spots… great location! The host was quick to respond and we look forward to visiting again.

Nicest place we've booked on the Grand Strand!

The Windy Hill location is ideal. We appreciated its proximity to all our favorite haunts. We loved the spaciousness of the suite, its layout, its cleanliness, and its nautical decor. The ocean views were spectacular, especially on moon-lit nights. We look forward to spending time here again soon!

Great Family Getaway

Property was clean and in great shape. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. Elevator and baggage carts made luggage for 6 a breeze. Great ocean view. Easy access to beach that was not overcrowded. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Great Beach Condo!

We had a great stay at this N Myrtle Beach Condo. Beautiful unobstructed view from the 8th floor balcony, and the condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our daughter loved the pool and the beach access was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our oceanfront place at Waterpoint 1, the location is perfect for dinning, shopping and of course the beach. The unit was plenty big for our family of 5 thanks for the great week.

Girls trip, great location

Stayed here for a girls weekend away from spouses and kids. Beach was perfect and very quiet as was the lobby pool and hot tub. Suited our needs nicely and had a great experience. Management very communicative and organized. A few unfinished spots around the unit but overall a great stay.

Relaxing vacation

Overall the property was nice. Could use a few more updates but it was clean and comfortable! We loved the oceanfront balcony. Beautiful view and private. Waterpointe 1 was a very nice facility. Happy Crab Vacations was great to work with!

Nice Trip

The unit was good. Enough space for a family of 5. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is a little dated in the kitchen (especially the appliances) and baths. The kitchen layout is a bit corky as the dishwasher door wouldn’t open unless the oven door was open as they bumped into each other. Overall we had a great trip and were comfortable.

Great stay

The unit was very clean with an amazing view! It had everything we needed. Randy, the property manager was incredible, very quick to respond with any questions or issues. The appliances are a bit outdated, but it didn't bother us. We're here for the beach, not the appliances, right? ;) The whole building itself was always very clean and well-kept. They had activities going on down in the lobby/pool area multiple days a week which was neat. The public restrooms by the pool were very clean. Overall this was an amazing stay and we will be back!

Friendly

The property is in a great location. Parking was great, whether in the alternate lots or right at the condo, we never had to make loops looking for a spot. All staff that we came in contact with were very friendly, held doors if they were near by and your hands were full of beach items or simply said hello with a smile. The other guests as a whole were friendly as well. The beach area in front was not overly packed, it seemed to right and left of us was more ears to elbows. the guests here all seemed to have more personal space, we seemed to be able to stick in our little picked out spot all week as well, it was not like you were running down to get a spot fighting with other beach goers. Location was great. Everything we wanted to do was 5miles in any direction. Communication and responses were top notch.
