The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, cable TV, a private en-suite bath, and direct access to a second private patio. The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. This villa offers a comfortable, inviting atmosphere for your island escape.

Located in a serene, tree-lined setting, The Village at Palmetto Dunes offers a variety of on-site amenities to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy outdoor dining at the waterside picnic tables and BBQ grills. A playground provides entertainment for younger guests, while scenic paths and footbridges add to the tranquil ambiance. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the pristine beach and the Dunes House Beach Club, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and seaside dining.

Nestled within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, this villa is ideally located for easy access to the best of Hilton Head Island. Walk to world-class golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and a variety of restaurants. The nearby general store, as well as bike, kayak, and beach rentals, make exploring the island a breeze. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary shuttle service (April through September) to the shops, dining, and attractions at Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina and Shelter Cove Town Center. With bike paths winding throughout the resort, adventure is always just a pedal away.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Mandatory one-time fees include a resort fee of US$150 (plus tax), a management fee of USD $99, a community fee of $99, and a cleaning fee of $175 per reservation taken at the time of booking.

- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the Village on-site check-in office. The minimum age required to check-in is 25 years old.

Sorry we stayed here

Our unit was so musty we immediately had Chest heaviness and sinus issues. Not at all what we anticipated. Been coming 22 years to HHI. Worst stay ever.
