Step inside and you will find three floors and four bedrooms that will allow everyone to spread out and find their own piece of paradise. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining with an open layout that seamlessly weaves the kitchen, dining area, and living areas together. The fully equipped kitchen offers all of the major appliances, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and plenty of counter space for easy meal prep after a day on the slopes. On warmer evenings, be sure to step out to the wraparound deck and fire up the gas grill for a casual cookout with a wonderful backdrop of mountains and greenery. When you want to have a bit of fun at home base, soak in bliss in the private hot tub, make your way down to the lower level and indulge in some friendly competition with a round of pool, or watch a favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV until everyone is dozing off for the night!

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
