This home has two bedrooms and two baths with a large kitchen and living room for entertaining. Lake front home with a large backyard for outdoor activities. Great stay in Naples

Beautiful place in the canal way with a serene backyard! Quiet day and night for a comfortable sleep. Close to downtown and east access to shopping, dinning and other community events! Would highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

This Tulum chic bungalow is in an ideal location next to top restaurants - Grappino, Lake Park Diner, Bodega, Claw Bar and walking distance to the beloved fifth avenue. We are also walking distance to the beach and Naples Beach Hotel so you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors Naples has to offer.
We are also walking distance to Baker's Park which is a great place to spend an afternoon biking through the mangroves, kayaking through the bay, or utilizing their large fields. If you have children the park has a large playground.

What makes this property unique

Relaxing and chic decor that gives off that island feel. Home is near prime parks, beach and great restaurants. If you wanted to rent a Moak or Vespa the property is also walking distance to the rental location .
Property sits on a lovely lake which is nice to look out on while having coffee in the AM. Neighborhood is an ideal and central location if you want to get out to go golfing, fishing, etc.
