Our location is right in the heart of this most desirable area. Walk straight down our palm-lined street to the Gulf of Mexico (4 blocks) and the Naples Pier for unmatched sunsets. We are located on the corner of 4th Street, just one block to the elegant Third Street Shopping District with its fine choice of elegant restaurants, shops and galleries. The Old Naples Surf Shop (a local staple) is just around the corner. Tommy Bahamas, Campiello's, Tony's on Third, all just one block away.

As you enter this Floridian oasis, you will find one of the guest bedrooms to the left with a Queen bed and a wonderful view of the garden area. To the right of the home you will find the Master bedroom with a King bed and it's own private bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom nearby has a Queen bed and a beautiful view of the garden area. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a bar and dining area that comfortable seats a group of 6. The living room has a big Smart TV to watch your favorite shows and lounge on the couch for the night. Step outside to the spacious, private backyard patio that includes a refreshing pool to jump in after soaking in Florida's warm sunshine. You can also keep cool underneath the umbrellas and enjoy lunch on the many tables.

Excellent location and very clean. Well stocked kitchen for cooking at home. Comfortable beds with nice sheets and towels. Lots of comfortable outside seating around the pool and a very nice backyard.

Great Old Naples location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Florida home. Had everything we needed and were able to walk to town, coffee, breakfast,dinner, beach and shopping. Perfect.

The house is close to retail but in a quiet residential area.

Not up to standard.

We went three days without air conditioning in difficult conditions. The emergency number was not working, and it was impossible to reach the agency. The overall condition of the house is a bit outdated, and the lighting, especially inside, is lacking. There are also pests in the cupboards. However, the location is excellent!

Our emergency line was not contacted until Monday, which was Labor Day, and we were able to arrange for the A/C to be repaired the following day. We also made efforts to schedule pest control during your stay, but based on your preference, we arranged it for after your departure. We will be reviewing the lighting throughout the home and assessing the overall condition to ensure everything is in top shape for future guests.
