Pros: Condo was very large and had a beautiful corner Gulf front view. Everything that was needed for our stay was provided. The condo was clean and had multiple games available to enjoy. Cons: Pool was closed for the first 30 hours of our trip and it was spring break!Garbage can and dishwasher had a horrible odor. I had to buy Lysol to spray in the garbage can. Jacuzzi in master bath had a sign saying it was broken Communication with RealJoy messaging is difficult do to the long automatic responses that requires you to find your original question. In addition, the text messages from the representative regarding when the pool would be open were not accurate

We arrived 3 minutes early, our parking passes were not in the room. I called management company, the lady I talked with was extremely helpful and quick to get us the passes we needed. The condo was very clean and the views were incredible. We would stay here again!

The pool was closed - advertised as available but not available. Jacuzzi in room was broken. Both water related activities were not available when the ad says they would be available. And - when they contacted us to get acquainted they didn't warn. When I complained day 1, they didn't respond for a couple days. We left early ! When I told them why we left early they didn't offer a refund of any kind. Overall, bad management of property (they could have scheduled someone to come fix repairs) and they could have discounted our stay for the inconvenience of these 2 major reasons why we booked the place.

Had a great time with family relaxing on the beach. Great location, we loved the corner condo with the gorgeous view. 4th floor is a perfect setting for the Sunrise and sunset. This was a nice, clean, and spacious living quarters. Highly suggest.

Everything was just as advertised. Decorated really well! We did not love pool. BUT! It is 100% as advertised. Just a plain L shaped pool partly under the building. Meh. Other than that we are super happy with the place. Would book with RealJoy anytime!

We had a great time! Beautiful condo and wonderful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We noticed some things weren’t as clean as we would of thought they should of been. The living room furniture could use a good cleaning as well as the placemats on the table, they were pretty stained up. Overall we had a great experience and would love to stay here again!

Air conditioning never worked entire stay

Condo and view was nice. Extremely disappointed because we didn’t have an air conditioner the entire trip.We kept getting the run around on trying to get it fixed. They kept blaming it on each other. It stayed 80 or more in the condo. They did bring 5 box fans in which 1 was broke. Day before we left brought portable air conditioner which put out as much heat out the back as it did cool air. They did give a refund of only 1/4 of what we payed to stay there.

Great location. Great property. Had issues with ice maker, hair dryer, and a dining room chair that was broken at the beginning of our stay. All issues were communicated by using the RealJoy portal/chat feature, and were promptly corrected. Maintenance guys were very nice and professional. No complaints whatsoever! Will book again!

It’s condo was everything and then some. I had 2 other adults and myself and also 3 kids and we had plenty of room. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking utensils which makes everything easier. The view is absolutely BREATHTAKING! It looks just like the pictures. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.
