We loved our stay at Sterling Breeze! Everything was exactly how our email instructions explained…when payment would be deducted, when we would receive check in information, etc. We did have an issue with the plumbing, but we texted the number provided and it was immediately resolved. Only complaints were more blankets should be provided for those of us who get cold and dusting of the condo should include vents on ceiling…minor things. However, the location made up for all of that!! We will definitely be back!!

Thank you for your 5-star review. We’re glad the arrival instructions and timing were clear and that the plumbing issue was resolved quickly after you reached out. Thanks for the notes about extra blankets and ceiling vents — we’ll share those with our housekeeping team to address. Happy the location made your stay so enjoyable, and we look forward to welcoming you back! Best, Tammy RealJoy Vacations
