Lake of the Ozarks Four Bedroom Home Right Off The Water in Margaritaville

Come visit the Lake of the Ozarks! We're located in the famous Tan-Tar-A Estates inside the gated Margaritaville neighborhood. The entire house was just remodeled with brand new hardwood flooring and furniture. The private dock is a great feature. The house sits right on the corner of the main channel and the largest cove in the neighborhood. The house has 3 levels with the master bedroom and jacuzzi upstairs, 2 double bedrooms on the main level, and a 2nd living room and bedroom in the basement. Total of 2 King beds and 4 Queen beds. Outside the house has two large decks, two private balconies, and a concrete patio down by the dock. This house is perfect for family get-togethers at the lake with plenty of parking and a spot to dock your boat, go swimming or fish. Four dedicated parking spots and access to two communal pools. We own four other properties on this street if you are interested in multiple rentals. Lake life awaits!

Great weekend at the Lake!

Great house for our family! Had everything we needed, ample parking, and fantastic views! It’s a fun area to be near. There are so many places to be outside with this house — decks galore, a concrete pad near the water, and of course, the dock!!

Great place

The location and view everything was great except the place just wasn’t as clean, had a lot of spider webs too and we wanted to use some dishes, some were dirty and bed we stayed on also (sheets were dirty). But the place itself was great, has a dock which was easy to have our Jetskis around. And the view is nice also! I would recommend!

Unlocking potential at the lake

The location of this home couldn't have been better. The first impression of the lake view was outstanding. While there are dated qualities to the home like the vast majority of others at the lake, this home had nice furniture (love the reclining sofas!), Internet signal, and television. As per what the property manager and I have discussed in great detail, it was apparent that the cleaning company only performed very limited tasks. Unfortunately, the cleaners did not sweep, mop the floors, put the dishes away, dust, clean up spider webs, etc., and it is our strongest recommendation to hire new cleaners. It really sets a negative tone from the start when the property was not cleaned to a satisfactory level. The property manager is very responsive, but it sometimes took him a while to get a hold of his brother, the property owner. Once the owner invests more into the cleaning crew and maintenance, this home is definitely worth visiting again. It is possible that the labor shortages are impacting the quality of the cleaning, but it is a huge priority. All and all, we had a great time at the lake and greatly appreciate the manager and owner making things right. There were likely some events out of their control, but in the end, they were reasonable with us to resolve issues. Based on the quality of our communications and earnest desire to make things right coupled with assurance that a high quality cleaning team gets hired, we hope to work with them in the future. Thank you.
