About this property

Fantastic location directly across the cove from Margaritaville Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located only minutes by car or water to shopping, dining and entertainment. Our guests will enjoy a spectacular view of Margaritaville's fireworks display over Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Holidays. This condo is perfect for 10 guests. The primary/master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and offers a private bath while the main level guest bedroom provides a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath on the main level. The loft bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds and also provides a private bath. All 3 bedrooms, living room and loft game area provide ceiling fans & televisions. This condo also comes with central air & heat, stainless appliances, updates to kitchen and all bathrooms. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool while the kids enjoy of kiddy pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 24' covered, calm water boat slip and PWC slips available for an additional charge. Gas docks, boat and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove. New leather sofa, dining set and all new bedding and towels in 2022. Do you need additional space for your guests? If so, our family also has a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, VRBO #2274315 in Pelican Bay as well.

Back Again!

This was our second stay at this place! We enjoyed it so much the first time, we booked it again for our annual trip. We had one issue when we arrived, however they took action right away and got us taken care of! Great place and great hosts!

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our group of 9, including 4 teenage girls. The girls loved the upstairs bedroom. They had their own bathroom and huge closet. Great location right across from Margaritaville. Condo was well appointed, clean, cute and had everything we needed for family vacation.

Pelican Bay Loft

Great Condo / Great Complex

Condo was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. Pelican Bay is a wonderful small, quiet complex with friendly people. We would stay in this condo again without hesitation!

Summer Vacation Perfection
