N&J - JACARANDA- Central, very close sea

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Facade renovation work is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and will last for at least three months. Scaffolding will be erected. Depending on the progress of the work, noise and visual disturbances may occur.



JACARANDA is a flat in the centre of Nice, ideal for a stay with family or friends thanks to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms.



Discover its beautiful living room which enjoys plenty of afternoon light and opening onto a balcony, where you'll appreciate the equipped kitchen, living room with television and dining area. There is a bedroom with its own balcony and direct access to a bathroom with shower and toilet. Enjoy a second bedroom with desk area. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.



The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator, fully air-conditioned and benefits from a wifi internet connection.

Comfortable and well-located apartment in Nice

The apartment was a good size with comfortable furnishings and in a neighborhood full of options for dining and shopping. We loved the location. It was within walking distance from almost everything we wanted to do in Nice and close to the train station for day trips, The biggest downside was the noise from the work on the building across the way, frequent garbage collection, and morning seagulls. Not much you can do about it and it’s to be expected in a city center. By the sea!

Un mois d'Avril très agréable à Jacaranda

Nous avons passé 4 semaines très très agréables dans cet appartement très facile à vivre qui réussit à tous les niveaux. Jacaranda est très propre, lumineux, confortable, parfaitement équipé, proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques, la Promenade des Anglais, le Vieux Quartier, la gare, le tram). Nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait pour un mois à la découverte de Nice et les environs. Seul inconvénient pour les gens moins mobiles, l’appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Cela dit, les marches ne sont pas hautes. Nous avons plus de 75 ans et nous n’avions pas de problème. L’agence était bien aussi—ils répondaient rapidement à toute question. Nous recommandons vivement l’appartement Jacaranda ainsi que Nestor & Jeeves Les instructions pour les poubelles pourraient être plus claires. Sinon, toutes les instructions étaient facile à suivre.

Agréable séjour

L’emplacement est génial et le quartier déborde de commerces et de resto. L’appartement est identique aux photos, très bien équipé et lumineux. Les électroménagers fonctionnent bien. Beaucoup de vaisselle, verres, chaudrons, etc.. Nestor et Jeeves répondait répondait rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons vraiment bien aimé y séjourner pendant un mois. Personnellement, j’aime bien mon café dans une Bialetti et il n’y en avait pas mais bon, la Nespresso fonctionnait très bien.
