We welcome dogs because we know vacations are even better when the whole family comes along.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used/soiled towels in the bathtub. Remove sheets and pillowcases from used beds, place in laundry basket in garage.
Trash day is Monday. If you are here or leaving on Sunday, please roll the cans to the street. If you brought a pet, please pick up any poop and place in the gray garbage bin.
Please wash and return all dishes/pots/pans. Place dishes in dishwasher and start it before leaving. Please clean BBQ after use
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep dogs off the furniture and not in or on people beds. We provide dog sheets to cover the couches or beds, please utilize them.
Please do not leave your pet inside the house alone. If notice is not given and fee is not paid prior to check-in a $150 fee will be charged.
We simply ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own.

We enjoy staying at vacation rentals while traveling because it offers a bit of that local charm. So when the opportunity arose to buy our home and become hosts, it felt very natural. Now we can provide the chance for others to experience this special place on the central coast!

The house may not have an Ocean view but it is nestled in the best part of Cambria. This quiet neighborhood gives you the feeling of living like a local. Take a stroll down to the Cambria Pines Lodge for a fireside drink or use their back stairs to take you directly into East Cambria. Bring your bikes and ride to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. This cozy home offers relaxation after a long day spent at the beach, wine tasting or shopping the boutique stores.
