We offer this charming 29 m² studio apartment for rent in Strasbourg, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
-A sleeping area with 1 double bed
- A bathroom with shower and bath, WC

Perfectly Located

The check in was very very efficient. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the Strasbourg Christmas markets. Lovely clean and affordable. A darling little stay!

Eine schöne, sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Gut geeignet, um Straßburg zu erkunden, da die Wohnung direkt in der Innenstadt liegt. Die zentrale Lage führt aber auch dazu, dass es abends lange laut ist (Restaurant mit Außenterrasse direkt nebenan) und morgens früh wieder laut wird (Müllabfuhr ab 5:30 Uhr). Für ein paar Nächte ist das okay - eine Woche würde ich dort aber nicht übernachten.Ein Stern abzug, weil die Wohnung mal wieder ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen bräuchte. Sauberkeit war aber ansonsten gut :)

Le Cosy Stras "Venu à Strasbourg pour passer un concours, donc pas la recherche d’un endroit où profiter, mais pour avoir un peu de confort après les épreuves. Appartement très sympathique, fonctionnel, avec ce qu’il faut. La salle de bain paraît plus ancienne que le reste de l’appartement plus moderne : surtout la baignoire, il manque un rideau si l’on est grand et si l’on veut éviter de faire couler l’eau partout, mais sinon tout ce qu’il faut pour la semaine est là. Autre détail, peut-être un manque de luminosité dans la cuisine, avec seulement l’ampoule de la hotte. Pour finir, emplacement idéal, au cœur du centre de la ville, à moins de 10 minutes de la cathédrale, on peut aller partout rapidement, excellent point !"

Mais en plus d’être très vétuste, il y’a un trous qui donne un accès au combe directement. On a une vue sur les tuiles et les poutres du toit et donc le froid rentre très facilement. De plus ce n’est pas très agréables d’avoir un trous qui donne une vue sur le toit."

Le Cosy Stras "Un appartement très agréable et tout près du centre ville, de la cathédrale et de la Petite France. Il a un style très traditionnel que j’ai y trop aimé, la salle de bains bien spacieuse. L’entrée est un peu cachée, j’ai trouvé les draps un petit peu sales mais pas un scandale car c’était une petite tâche dans le coin et si non, tout était bien. Attention car l’appartement est au dernier étage et les escaliers sont petites donc c’est compliqué avec de grandes valises. Le seul bémol est que le Check-on n’est pas très flexible. Malheureusement mon vol à été retardé et j’ai dû payer une nuit dans un hôtel car je n’ai pas réussi à entrer dans ce logement que j’avais déjà payé à l’avance car les clés étaient disponibles à partir de 7am de matin suivante. En général, trop bien, je voudrai rentrer pour l’été aussi ! Merci beaucoup :)"
