Beautifully appointed three level, 5 bedroom, 4 bath estate with spectacular ocean views from almost every room. Spacious, open floor plan throughout, formal living area off the entry with a grand piano and two family rooms to enjoy a movie or play games. Enjoy a stroll down to Manresa State beach or even just around the lovely La Selva neighborhood. In the evening cozy around the fire right on the front deck for roasting marshmallows with the family. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen and all other amenities with comfortable beds, linens, plenty of parking and a welcoming atmosphere. This is a one of a kind home that will create memories that will last a lifetime, great for multiple families or small offsite retreats.
Built in swimming pool is heated for the duration of summer. Pool heat is NOT available from Nov-May. Pool can be heated in Sept/Oct at an additional fee of $500 per stay.

Entry level: formal living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, laundry room, bedroom with a queen, full bath with stall shower.
Second floor: Master bedroom with attached bath, full bath with walk in shower, Ocean view room with a king, guest room with a queen, family room with 2 futons and ocean view as well as a small balcony
Third floor: Large open room with a queen bed, daybed with trundle, kitchenette with sink and small fridge, alcove with two twins and a full bath with tub shower and ocean view.

Great stay for family celebration

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our 3 adult children and their families, 15 people total. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was spacious, clean and everything we needed was there. Being right accross the street from the beach was a huge hit with everyone. We would absolutely love to stay again.

This was an amazing, well supplied, beautiful home which was appreciated and a blessing to all of us. We are a family of 16 so finding a home "next to" the beach accommodating all is quite difficult. Castle by the Sea met our expectations and beyond. Celebrating 54 years of marriage with children and grandchildren is special and we feel grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home.
