Very beautiful 72m2 apartment located on the 4th and last floor of a luxury residence. You will have a 25m2 wooden terrace with a view of the slopes and the valley (southwest exposure) and a 15m2 wooden balcony with a view of Plagne Centre and the slopes (south exposure).
Enjoy the elegance and modernity of this beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people (comfortable sofa bed in the living room). Large living room with a perfectly equipped kitchen.
2 bedrooms:
A master suite with a double bed (high-quality bedding), smart TV, private bathroom, toilet, and storage.
A 2nd bedroom that can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 single beds and a trundle bed if needed. Smart TV and storage.
A bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a washer-dryer. A guest toilet. An entrance with plenty of storage.
