The Space:

This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an elevator and mezzanine deck is located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision. Enjoy the sounds of the waves from either deck, and you're also just a short walk or ride to the beach.



Spend some quality time playing family games in the living room or hanging out on the mezzanine deck. The mezzanine level features a bar area with refrigerator, coffee pot, two outdoor televisions, a half bath, and plenty of seating - including a swing.



The upper level of the house features coastal decor, a huge sectional for relaxing, and a fully stocked kitchen/coffee bar area with a regular drip coffee pot. You'll find plenty of seating for meals or snacks with space at the kitchen island, as well as a dining table for 8.

The house also offers an office and a laundry room with washer and dryer. For your convenience, there is also high speed internet available here.



With over 1500 square feet, The Real Deal sleeps 14 with no problem! The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has two queen beds, and bedroom three features 3 twin over twin bunk beds.



This property comes equipped with an indoor elevator ($100 fee included) - rated for human use (unlike cargo lifts). This amenity is wonderful for those who have mobility difficulties!



Ground level of the home features 2 swings, basketball goal, corn hole, and washers, as well as an outdoor shower -great for rinsing off the sand after a day on the beach. This home truly is The Real Deal for your vacation enjoyment!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

A wonderful stay.

The property manager was very responsive, and it was very nice that the property owner lived next door. I enjoyed meeting him. We love Bolivar, and the house's party deck was absolutely perfect. I would definitely go back to this property.

This cabin is absolutely perfect! We have a beach trip every year and hands down this is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The owner has a house next door and he will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay. The indoor elevator way so great! We had 6 adults and 6 kids spend the night and it was set up perfect! We will be back! Everything you need for a perfect beach trip is here!

The 2nd level outdoor entertaining area is so nice and relaxing - and having a 1/2 bath is very nice. A little bummed we couldn't work the TVs on that level but it wasn't a big deal. We only used the elevator for unloading and loading supplies but it worked so great & saved our backs carrying everything up the stairs. Kitchen was very well supplied.

We celebrated Christmas here and we're thrilled to find it decorated upon arrival! The owner stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed, which we certainly did. At no point did we wish we had another kitchen or household item. The house was incredibly well equipped. Everything about the house was amazing, and we're already trying to figure out when we can go back! Highly recommend.

We spent most of our time on the ground level where we served dinner for 50. but we also spent a lot of time on the second level where we served appetizers and wine. It was very cozy because it was so accommodating due to all of the seating and outdoor kitchen. This place even has an elevator as we had guests that required this service. It's a short walk from the beach and you even had some views of it. The cabin was clean and the amenities were generous, including an ice maker and dual TV's that we played music from the bar. The bedroom accommodated all who were there only for a day trip.I highly recommend these accommodations. We will stay again.
