This four bedroom cottage is located on Priscilla Beach just a 10 minute ride from downtown Plymouth in a residential neighborhood. Walk from your backyard on to the sand. Two bedrooms and full bath are located on the first floor, and two bedrooms and full bath are located on the second floor. New stacked washer and dryer are on the first floor. Upstairs bathroom has been recently updated. Kitchen has been recently remodeled.

Stunning views on private beach!

This was our first time renting a house directly on the beach and it did not disappoint. The gorgeous ocean views were breathtaking - watching the sunrise over the water was one of the highlights of this property. The private access to the beach was also fantastic and the stairs leading down to the beach felt sturdy and secure. The house was very clean and provided plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids to sleep comfortably. We already booked for next year and can’t wait to return!

Great beach house!

The property was beautifully located right on the beach. Just a short walk down the stairs. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves for the majority of the week. Bob and Sandy were so easy to work with! Would definitely recommend !

Perfection

Everything about this property was perfect for our group. The owners were helpful and available if needed, the A/C was a savior as the first few days were during an insane heatwave. The ocean views were unreal and we were lucky enough to be there when whales were just off the beach and we were able to watch them from the back yard. All on all 10 out of 10. We will be booking this property again in the future.

Priscilla Beach is a very special neighborhood. Bob grew up biking the streets, walking to the local convenience store for candy and swimming at the beach. You will find that we are very accessible being that this house is located next door to our own home.
