Place is great!! We had a fabulous time! Communication with rental company was slow through the VRBO site. That is only complaint. Had a package delivered the day we arrived that showed delivered but never got the package at the place.

Overall stay was awesome!! Kitchen had everything we needed and more! The games, added touches like dog bowls and all the available amenities were great!! Enjoyed the hot tub and the big hit for our group was the tee box and putting green!!Stairs were a bit treacherous for our older family members inside and outside. Didnโ€™t end up being able to heat pool - communication with host/management was great though!! Did supplement some supplies but we were a big group and it worked out fine. A few small things could use some attention but it also gave the place character and homey feeling. Our family had a great time had a wonderful place!!

First the place was Beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Second our 5, 20 somethings, loved the hot tub, golf and of course watching Football on the LARGE screen TV. It was my son's wedding weekend and we found the house to be very convenient to everything in town.

Gorgeous, spacious, and enjoyable. Had the best time, everything was outstanding. Held our family of 10 for a long wedding weekend. We were extremely comfortable. Felt very homey and better than any hotel.

Pros: beautiful home and great manager Cons: electric wasnโ€™t working , didnโ€™t have house ready when we got there, fridge did not work the whole time we were there , upstairs AC was out, and we had to contact management frequently When the house is ready it will be great but it was not and was not worth the money we spent due to all the problems , felt like I deserved partial refund for inconvenience

Nice house but pool lacking

The house was in good condition overall other than some insulation spilling out of the living room vent when we walked in, and we had to clean that up. The other amenities were as listed/pictured except for the pool and the umbrella by the pool. When we got there, there was no umbrella and the pool was filthy. We did contact management, and they were quick to respond. They did nothing about the missing umbrella (which was unfortunate because there wasnโ€™t much shade) but did figure out the pool pump had been turned off by the storm that happened a couple days before. Hopefully in the future, when renters come out, the rental company will double check everything is in working order and will replace any missing items accordingly (or at least let renters know if something will be missing).

Good option for our family get together

This was a family trip with our children and grandchildren (ages 11 months - 7 years). The house is well stocked with any kitchen appliance, plates, silverware, cooking utensils that you could imagine. The family area was comfortable, and all of the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom with twin beds only had the 2 twin beds. While the house suited our needs well, there are a few things that I would mention as cons: 1) The day we arrived (June 30), the pool heater was on and the water was at 102 degrees. I contacted the number we were given, but didn't hear back from them until around 11 the next morning. Fortunately, my son found the heater control and was able to turn it off. Unfortunately, it took until 2 days later for the water to be pleasant to swim in. 2) The stairs going up to the "doll house" are not even. There is one very steep step that caused a minor fall that could have been much worse. There were some minor maintenance items that I have since shared with the management company: refrigerator filter needed to be replaced, batteries in remotes need to be replaced, first aid kits need band-aids, an air fryer blew the kitchen breakers, and they were still out when we left because it happened over the holiday. There is a nice turfed putting green area that the grandchildren and adults enjoyed, as well as the "funk room", which was a great game room area. It was a nice, quiet space.

Beautiful Secluded House

Beautiful five star Home

From the moment we pulled into the drive and saw the beautiful trees this home did not disappoint! The owners didnโ€™t miss one detail with this home, the linens were beautiful, nice quality and no shortage. The kitchen was fully stocked, dishes, cookware and utensils, even had everything Labeled to make it easier for renters. Absolutely beautiful home, Holly the house manager was always available to answer any questions and a delight to work with! Highly recommended! DeAnn
