This spacious, centrally located, Cozy One bedroom & one bath Second FL condo with lake view is the perfect winter retreat, located in the desirable St. Croix Community in North Naples.

The home has excellent views from the lanai and bedroom. Whether you play tennis, work out, walk, bike, or simply like to lie by the pool, it is impossible not to relax when you return to this welcoming condo. There is a large Flat Panel TV in the living room and an additional flat Panel TV in the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a private en-suite bathroom . The Living Room provides a Sleeper Sofa for additional guests. The Open Concept Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs and contains breakfast bar stools.

This cozy Second FL condo (just 10 steps up) will provide you with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. An access pass for the front entry gate is provided for your use during your stay and beach chairs/umbrella are available. Sorry NO Smoking & NO Pets Allowed by the HOA.


St. Croix at Pelican Marsh is located in North Naples, on Immokalee Road just west of I-75 and is a gated community located 20 minutes from Ft. Myers Airport, 10 minutes from Beautiful Gulf beaches, fantastic restaurants, theaters and outlet malls and just 15 minutes from Old Naples and famous Fifth Avenue. Right across the street from Seed To Table Oak Farms Market, Restaurant, Bar & More!


The Absolute Perfect Location in Naples! The community features a large lake and landscaped views. Amenities include a community clubhouse with fitness center, reading center and heated outdoor pool, spa, BBQ grill and a poolside cabana. NO Smoking & NO Pets as per HOA.


Please Note: There are 60-day Minimum Rentals during Peak Season.. Condo association approval is needed and a $150 total application fee (per couple). Seasonal rentals less than 6 months incur Florida & Collier County Sales Tax surcharge for a total of 12%.
