Nice property that is right in the heart of commercial street. Can be a bit loud due to street performers and people below on the street but is worth it for the location. Super easy walk to and from the ferry and to most places you would be looking to go.

The location is premium. The apartment needs some refreshing, except for the newly renovated bathroom. The rug in the living room was filthy with stains and dog hair. Clearly the rug was not properly vacummed before our arrival. The kitchen desperately needs new glassware and dinnerware.
