Welcome to the Mountain Rose Cottage, nestled on a peaceful and wooded hillside!

This charming studio cabin features an open plan with a subtle palette of greens and a splash of Victorian theme. You'll find 1 queen bed for 2 people, a double sofa and a recliner. Also includes a well equipped kitchenette, a front porch with a rocking chair, and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly mountain nights or added ambiance. The Rose Cottage is the perfect destination for a romantic weekend or a solo self-care adventure. And yes, we are pet-friendly!

Guests will have access to over 4 acres of beautifully manicured yard and forest, including gazebos, grills, fire pits, swings, and benches around the pond. Parking is conveniently located directly in front of the cabin, and guests are free to enjoy the common areas around the Inn. The Mountain Rose Cottage is located in the Trackrock section of town, near Alexanders Store and Sundance Gallery. Other details to note:

The Rose Cottage is easily accessible from the main road (Town Creek School Rd), yet is private and serene, situated behind the Inn. Ample parking is available, and there is plenty of room to roam. As shown in the photos, there are stairs leading up to this cabin.

This was the perfect weekend stay for me, my husband, and our pup. We came to visit my grandmother for her 90th birthday so just needed a place to rest our heads at night. The cabin was clean and quaint. We loved the greeting committee of chickens! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Fun at the country/farm

Loved location, the stream, the owner and the hens. Very cute cabins being up graded with me interior colors. Now if they just had a donkey too. lol. When Zion opens again, hope guests can buy breakfast there. loved that senior dog could come.

We purchased Misty Mountain Inn with the intent of managing the bed and breakfast as a family affair with all members (all 4 kids included) learning aspects of the business. Our motto is "Rest, Renew, and Trail On" and it is our goal to provide quality lodging for those wanting to enjoy a relaxing mountain setting with numerous recreational opportunities. We want guests to arrive with rest and renewal in mind while they spend time on the trails, lodging in our cottages, and seeking outdoor adventures in the mountains. It is our hope you leave more energized than when you arrived. We look forward to calling Georgia our home and hosting you as our guest.

Why they chose this property

We love this property as it is close to Blairsville, which has some of the nicest people we've ever met. Misty Mountain is also really close to all the out door amenities this area has to offer. We have the best of both worlds!

What makes this property unique

We are conveniently located less than two hours from Atlanta, 11 miles to Brasstown Bald, 8 miles to Vogel State Park, 6.5 miles to downtown Blairsville and 4.3 miles to the Trackrock Petroglyph Site.
