Hi Teri, thank you for taking time to leave a review. We hope you had an amazing competition :) The views from the Wharf are fantastic and it's so close to the convention center! The Wharf can be a bit tricky with the various parking garages and entrances. We provide all the amenity code information and parking instructions in your personalized guest book for quick reference. Since these are individual for each property, we detail them out for each guest. We hope that helps!

What you've described is certainly below our standards which is why our inspectors take numerous photos of every property before each guest arrival. The time-stamped photos documented a perfectly clean condo, including the very specific points you mentioned.
