The dining room with comfortable sofa and TV and DVD; the American kitchen with all the equipment (oven, washing machine, microwave and vitro), with large windows, a large balcony in the kitchen area and a huge terrace in the dining room with a large amplitude of sea views, with equipment outside, awning, sunbeds and barbecue. In the communal area there is a parking space for one car.
