About this property
Beautiful Adobe in the historic Eastside near Canyon Road. 30+ nights stays only
Transport yourself to old Santa Fe in this historic yet well-appointed Adobe home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to galleries and restaurants. Enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars in a beautifully landscaped courtyard garden. Listen to the sound of water and enjoy birds visiting out two beautiful fountains. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, and a beautiful setting - this place I’d for you! Located at the end of a quiet road, this house is within a 10-minutes walk to Canyon Road restaurants, shops, and galleries. A 20-minutes walk in the other direction takes you to hiking trails or to Museum Hill and Santa Fe Botanic Gardens. A 25-minutes walk down Canyon Road leads you to the Plaza.
Enjoy coffee or conversation in a sun-filled living room/atrium formed by the original Adobe walls. Grab a book and sit by the fire in a cozy den that leads to the garden. Watch sports or your favorite table channels in the loft. Pour yourself a glass of wine, take a seat in the lounge chair in the garden and enjoy the sounds of the fountains.
The house has two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom, upstairs in a separate wing. The loft provides a twin-size sleeper sofa.
This is an excellent location for a quiet retreat or working away from home. If your schedule requires, there are three separate working stations, two in the loft and one in the bedroom. One working station in the loft is a separate office area with a large desk and windows on three sides. The desk in the bedroom is smaller, but separated and very quiet, and suited for private calls. High-speed Xfinity cable Internet (800 Mbps download) and a mesh Wi-Fi network are provided along with a wireless printer.
The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area with kiva fits six. The second bathroom is located in the original Adobe part of the house. Although authentic and super charming, the downstairs bathroom is split around an artisanal tub and thus has two doors that both need to be closed for privacy. Parking in the neighborhood is tight but the house is equipped with 2 flagstone-paved parking sites.
There is a Ring doorbell cam at the front gate to the walled courtyard, part of a Ring security system,. The doorbell will announce your visitors; otherwise we only turn on this system to protect the house when there are no guests, and it won't bother you during your stay. There are no cameras inside the house.
This is a well-loved family home that we vacation in we are happy to share this very special place with you.

We loved our stay in this eclectic and fun home. It was perfectly comfortable, well located, and we loved all the plants and sunlight. We would definitely stay here again.
Gosia and Alan were wonderful hosts. The property is authentic, open, tons of light and quirky with many nooks and crannies. A 25 min walk to historic downtown, 5-10 min walk to Canyon road, and a short drive to hiking trails.... location is wonderful. mixed dead end street with character.
They allowed our dog to join us and were very accommodating to a mishap with him. The fenced in backyard is perfect for a dog and to take in the cooler mornings and evenings.
We loved our 3 week stay and appreciate the hospitality.

Louis, Thank you for the kind review and so glad you enjoyed your stay. We understand, accidents happen. We were able to replace the rug.
This lovely space was our home for five days, and we looked forward to coming back to it every night after exploring Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. Firstly, the location is key-very close to Canyon Road-there are some amazing restaurants and shops close by as well. Secondly, it’s square footage really allows for privacy despite it openness. It’s a lovely curation of art, furniture, and plants, which is key in making it feel like home. We so enjoyed the fireplace while watching movies, and with the climate splits, we could all have our own level of temperature comfort when in our rooms and throughout the house. This is a special place—and we will always remember our time at Sin Nombre.
My wife and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary and we wanted to also escape the near record heat wave in Ft Worth, TX! Boy were we elated to find 70’s during the day and low 50’s at night! The rain in Santa Fe we feel was a sign that the drought in Texas would soon find relief:) We had 2” of rain in Texas while we were gone! Yay! Alan communicated and checked in on us during our stay. Generous and obviously caring couple he and Gosia are. Their home was so carefully appointed with a luxurious courtyard where we ate and played games, enjoying the hummingbirds and sounds of the water feature. Sat in the cool rain and soaked in the view of the incredibly blue sky during the clearing stages of the day. The kitchen has the highest end appliances and cookware…I know, as I am in the steel distribution business and many of the appliances they have are top-end customers that we supply stainless steel to! Cooking breakfast in that kitchen was so fun! Anything you could need from lotion (for the extensively dry skin you will have) to sunscreen, to board games, high speed internet, security, and authentic Santa Fe neighborhood living experience was just so rewarding. We will be back and no need to search for other properties! Walking the gravel road to the shops and restaurants were such a fun experience! We encountered a doe, sat 10’ away and just marveled at the trust in the deer’s eyes as we watched her graze in a neighbors driveway. Thank you Alan and Gosia, you are special people and meant to be in the hospitality industry! Blessings to you both.
We visit Santa Fe quite frequently and this has been our favorite rental property to date. The house itself is beautiful and really unique. Alan and Gosia were wonderful in their communication and hospitality. The fresh flowers and humidifiers in the bedrooms are an example of the thoughtful approach. Some of our favorite memories from this trip will be drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the beautiful patio while enjoying the hummingbirds.
We couldn't have been more pleased with Adobe Sin Nombre: the uniqueness (in a good way!) of the house, the art on the walls, the beautiful and quiet courtyard and garden, the location, and the attentiveness of our hosts. Five-star all the way.
Alan and Gosia are wonderful hosts. If we could give them more than 5 stars for our stay we surely would! Every amenity and convenience is thought of by them, their home is beautiful, spotless and well appointed. They truly have thought of everything to make their guests feel welcome. Canyon road is a short and scenic walk from the house, and all the other sights of Santa Fe are close by. We had a magical visit, and feel lucky to have stayed in such a lovely home!!!
We loved our week in Abobe Sin Nombre. Be aware all the bedrooms are accessed by stairs only and the roads are tight and gravel. My husband and I stayed here a week with our two adult sons. Plenty of room to spread out and yet lots of wonderful common areas to enjoy together. Two bedrooms on one side of the house with an office/sleeper sofa on the other. Great for our sons who no longer wish to share a bedroom. Full kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook, which we did several days. We walked to Canyon road to eat and shop. We walked often, catching the sunset at Cross of the Martyrs as well as visiting the botanic gardens. The courtyard at the home is fabulous, and we loved watching the hummingbirds. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough about this perfectly appointed, funky gem of a place! We shared the home quite comfortably with another couple and enjoyed walking to the restaurants and galleries on nearby Canyon road everyday. We were in town for a painting workshop and found inspiration from the myriad of creative expressions in the decor. The newly refinished patio provided a perfectly peaceful respite for us at the end of each full day. The home was very clean, updated and well furnished. Alan and Gosia could not have been more hospitable, accommodating and available to us through out our stay. We highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The way it is laid out creates a kind of soulful feeling, with cozy areas here and there, and lots of wonderful art! So inviting! I wanted to be immersed in the culture of New Mexico, and that's exactly how we felt. The kitchen is top notch and equipped with high quality everything! Highly recommend this property.
Adobe Sin Nombre is a charming, well appointed home located in the heart of Santa Fe’s historic district. From the kiva in kitchen to the fantastic tub, wonderfully naturally lit gathering areas with vaulted ceilings to the comfy bedrooms—this property will not disappoint. Our family of four felt right at home! Canyon Road shops and several of the best restaurants in town are all walkable, if not just a 3 minute drive. Alan and Gosia were exceptional hosts and welcoming. This house is a must stay in Santa Fe!
My family and I stayed at this incredible historic Santa Fe home over spring break. It couldn't have been more perfect. It truly is everything you would expect from an historic Santa Fe home, and so much more! The home itself is beautiful, with attention payed to every detail, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed, and the location can't be beat. It's a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from Canyon Rd, and a quick drive to the downtown/plaza area. If you're looking for a true Santa Fe experience, you've found it. We will definitely be back!
Two couples spent 8 nights here. The property is extremely attractive, with a combination of old and modern in the decor, and arranged by somebody talented in the art. The house in general is very well equipped, with all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is especially great, providing an assortment of high quality cookware and utensils rarely seen in a rental property. The house is very brightly lit with countless skylights and huge windows. It is also in a very quiet neighborhood, and there is a tremendous amount of sound attenuation even between rooms in the house. There is an abundance of space, with many rooms/areas/nooks available to hang out in. Comfortable and clean, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with almost every conceivable thing you might need. We all enjoyed the stay immensely.
Where do I start? There are so many wonderful things about this property! Be home is beautifully appointed and has every amenity needed along with A well-stocked kitchen. The garden Courtyard is Serene and restful. Yet very close to art galleries and shopping. Had fabulous food
This is a wonderfully designed and meticulously well kept property within walking distance of galleries and the center of Santa Fe. It is a true Santa Fe gem and our family thoroughly enjoyed stayed there. The hosts are gracious, helpful, and exceptionally responsive. We would gladly stay at this property again. We highly recommend it to anybody be who wants to fully experience true Santa Fe.
This was our first time in Santa Fe and had a great time! Alan and Gosia's beautiful home makes you feel like you are in part of a neighborhood. There is parking and you can walk to the galleries and several restaurants. The house itself is so comfortable, beautifully decorated and has great amenities (really everything you need!) you don't even need/want to leave! The courtyard is amazing. We grilled out, read, had wine, and enjoyed the hummingbirds that come to the feeders in the yard. In addition, Alan and Gosia shared many recommendations, provided clear directions on getting in the house and were both available for any other questions/needs. Loved it and would highly recommend!
