You pay a cleaning fee for a reason. We don't expect you to do any extra cleaning. If you'd like to strip the beds, or take out the trash, that is awesome. But it is not expected.
Of course, any extreme mess or damage will result in fees or fines but just normal usage, think of it like a hotel. We will get the sheets, dishes, and trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties. Noise policy between 10pm and 8am strictly enforced.
