Rustic terraced house "Cà del Fritz". In the hamlet Scagnello 3 km from the centre of Sorico, 5 km from the centre of Gera Lario, in a quiet position, 4 km from the lake. Private: property 50 m2, meadow. Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Colico" 11 km. Nearby attractions: Domaso 10 km, Colico 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Como, Mezzola. Please note: car recommended.
3-room semi-detached house 40 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: on the lower ground floor: kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, freezer) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 open room with 1 sofabed and 1 pull-out bed. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Small balcony, patio 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful, of the countryside. Sehr schönes, kleines Haus oberhalb des Comer Sees. Das Haus ist neu renoviert, alles funktioniert und es ist sehr sauber. In der Küche könnten ein paar mehr Utensilien vorhanden sein, aber was da ist, reicht für 4 Personen aus. Durch die Wendeltreppe im Haus ist mMn der Aufenthalt mit großen Hunden etwas schwierig, aber möglich. Die Ansprechpartnerin Frau XXX ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

für zwei Personen mit Hund ideal

ein nettes, kleines und beswcheidenes Häuschen in einer abgelegenen, meist ruhigen Gegend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Der Ort Sorico allerdings ist ein unschöner Durchgangsort.

vu qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage il manque des couvertures pour la saison, de plus nous avons trouvé un scorpion à l'intérieur de la maison
