Gated community has walking paths and several parks for the kids. Less than a five minutes drive to shopping, restaurants, and easy freeway access. Two car garage, 3 bed, 2 bath, pool, spa, patio & beautifully landscaped. Fully fenced and very private back yard. Primary bedroom with king size bed & large private bath with soaking tub and walk in closet. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. Kitchen has been newly updated with new appliances and granite countertops.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip sheets from any beds used,remove cover from the king duvet, and leave piled on the beds ( so cleaner knows what beds were used)
Dont forget to log out of all your streaming TV. Empty refrigerator and freezer of all perishables.
Leave the gate and garage door remotes on the table by the garage entry door. There will be a $200 charge for lost remotes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
