This is the place for you if you like tranquility, but close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Our place is steps away from the legacy trial and less than 2 miles from Nokomis Beach! we have you covered on beach equipment, wagon, chairs, towels and umbrella. The Back yard boast a relaxing , tranquil escape . We offer a gas grill, outdoor fan, and relaxing seating in the shade. The house is freshly modernized, open and airy. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen

enjoy the entire private gem and tropical grounds. you have a driveway with ample parking, a nice large yard, and plenty of deck space to lounge, cook out or just enjoy your leisure time.
Other things to note
we are Dog friendly, there is a 100.00 non refundable fee. To keep this fee down so 4 legged family members can be on vacation also please pick up after them. Respect our furnishings, if your pet has been at the dog beach or rolling in the yard, we do offer an outdoor shower you are welcome to use it also. it has awesome water pressure <3 if you are planning on bringing pets, please disclose it in a message. I hate it when the cleaning crew tells me in the form of a added bill. Thank you, I like to take mine with me also.

Perfect Getaway!

Great location, close to the beach, Publix and parks. Great communication with host. We enjoyed having a fenced in backyard. Set up very nice inside and out. We will definitely visit and stay again.

Lovely Mermaid House

A lot of thought and care is evident in this property, from the floor, to the kitchen pulls and bathroom lights, it is simple, but with an upscale feel, and focused on having just what you need for a comfortable stay. We loved our 2 nights here; so much better than staying at a hotel, to visit family in the Venice/Nokomis area.

Awesome Beach House

Great location, close to beach. A fantastic place to stay. Great decoration accents throughout the home and an outside Lanai was added perfection , liked the solar pineapple and palm wind chime so much I ordered two from Amazon . Would definitely recommend this VRBO location!!!!
