Charming house in stones, for 8 people max, rated 4 stars, Presidents district - Saint Pierre, rue de l'abbé marceau, very quiet, 50 m main beach and 200 m from shops, fully equipped, very comfortable, with fireplace and very protected outdoor patio to have all your meals (plancha).
4 bedrooms are waiting for you including 2 on the 1st floor and the others on the same level access by the patio, bathroom and shower room on the 1st floor, 2 independent toilets one of which is on the ground floor downstairs, fully equipped kitchen on the patio, living room with fireplace, WIFI, baby equipment .
Perfect for a stay with friends and families with children. You will bring your coffee or tea right in front of the Presidents' beach!
Free parking in the street. Garage for bicycles, strollers and boards.
Flexible arrival and departure times on weekends
Cleaning fee: 100 euros (not included in the abritel rate)
sheets on request: 20 euros per single or double kit

Les Sables d'Olonne sont ma ville de naissance et de joies estivales pendant mes 10 premières années avec mes soeurs et mes parents. En découvrant la Casa Del Mar, j'ai eu la sensation de poursuivre l'écriture d'une jolie carte postale commencée il y a plus de 50 ans. Mon mari, mes enfants et moi avons passé des moments simples, apaisants et c'est plus que précieux.Merci Sandrine pour avoir sauvegarder le caractère de votre maison et de la partager si généreusement avec vos hôtes.Nous reviendrons.
