Large house of 150 m2 with in addition a garden with terrace (50 m2) located 100 meters from the beach of Sables d'Olonne for 9 people plus baby (cot available).
NEW SINCE 2018: Garden with trees (palm, oleander, oleander, olive tree) of 50m2 with furnished terrace and barbecue (gas)
Description: a large entrance hall, a large living-dining room of 35 m2 with television, an equipped kitchen (stove, microwave), a large utility room (washing machine, dishwasher), a hallway leading to four bedrooms ( about 10 m2 each, two double beds and 4 single beds), with two large bathrooms. Lots of storage cupboards in the bedrooms and the hall.
Shops and Arago market located 5 minutes on foot: the use of the car is not necessary during your stay.

Excellent location

We were three couples that spent a weekend in Sebastien's house and we had a wonderful time. It was like stepping into a cosy house from my grandmother's time. The photos are true to real life. The house is in perfect location, literally 3 minutes to walk to the seaside. Even a small Carrefour grocery store is just 6 minutes walk from the house. The kitchen is well equipped for those who likes to cook. There is only 1 toilet (which is separate from the two bathrooms, which is great), but it still worked out really well. The check-in was easy and we had very good communication with Sébastien.

annonce trompeuse, rien indique que les pièces de vie sont à l'étage. Escalier pas sécurisé pour les enfants en bas âge, il y aurait juste une barrière à mettre.Cette maison aurait un grand besoin de rafraichissement. mobilier cassé, une applique muraille est même tombée en pleine nuit, point positif l'emplacement

Séjour satisfaisant dans une vraie maison de vacances

Maison très spacieuse complètement différente de ce qui proposé habituellement. Il y a des tableaux au mur un peu partout, rien à voir avec la décoration toute faite et ´refait à neuf’ de la plupart des locations. On sent l’esprit des personnes qui l’ont construite et y ont vécu selon leur goût. Bien situé dans une petite rue très agréable bordée des belles petites villas. Atmosphère des Sables d’Olonne d’avant et de maintenant en même temps. Très proche de la mer, de la plage. Proche d’un marché couvert, d’un supermarché et plein de restaurants alentour.

super vacances , à refaire!!

grande maison , agréable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire . Point positif : on peut oublier la voiture pendant tout le séjour , tout est à quelques minutes de la maison . Point négatif ; il manque un petit coin de jardin ou une petite cour pour faire un barbecue et manger dehors . Propriétaire très disponible et accueillant . Super séjour dans l'ensemble , on serait bien resté un peu plus longtemps!!

Weekend entre amis

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend entre amis. La maison est grande et très bien situé. Bon rapport avec le propriétaire. Je conseille cette maison sans hésiter. Manque juste une partie extérieure (balcon ou terrasse)

nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cette maison quia l'avantage d'etre à deux pas de la mer.

En outre nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à stationner nos voitures à proximité et le stationnement était gratuit à cette période de l'année.
