Le Gîte du Procureur

This cottage offers: - On the ground floor, a kitchen, a living room (wood stove), one bedroom (queen-size bed) and a baby bed, a dressing room, a shower room, and a toilet. The ground floor has electric shutters on all windows. - Upstairs: three bedrooms (one queen-size bed, four single beds), a bathroom, and a toilet. In addition, there is a room dedicated to a billiard table, as well as a laundry room in the basement. There is a central vacuum system in the house and a dust collector in the kitchen. Outside: private heated swimming pool (June to September), private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a garden equipped with games (trampoline, boules pitch, swing, wooden cabin), shared with the owner. Parking in front of the gîte (3 to 4 vehicles). Nestled among farmland, Le Procureur is a quiet hamlet in the Vannes hinterland.
