Valérie's house is ideal for a holiday on the Arcachon Bay!
Located in a quiet residential area of Andernos les Bains, you can do everything on foot or by bike. The popular beach of Bétey is 5 minutes away by bike, as well as the market, the pedestrian streets, the cinema, a supermarket and small shops.
Located out of sight, you will appreciate the fenced and well-exposed garden, which also allows you to park your vehicle.
Outside, the exotic wood terrace will allow you to relax in the sun before going to the beach, or to have your meals there.
There is a table with 4 chairs, as well as garden furniture with a parasol and sun loungers. The magnolia will also provide you with some shade during the hottest hours.
The house, recent (built in 2021) welcomes you in a living space of about 35m2, composed of a kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob and dishwasher.

The entrance is equipped with a reception cupboard and gives you access to a storeroom, where you will have a washing machine.
On the night side, you will have two bedrooms, one of which is more spacious, with a surface area of about 15m2, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
For the more athletic, you can easily leave the house to go jogging, towards the pool or in the woods 50m away, do a yoga on the terrace, or access the ocean beaches by the nearby cycle path.
Leave light, bed linen and household linen will be provided.
Nearby you will be able to discover:
- the beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon at 1.5 km (le Bétey, les quinconces, les prés salés, the oyster ports of Taussat and Arès)
- the oyster port of Andernos and its restaurants 10 minutes away by bike.
- Access 500 m from the cycle path allowing you to go around the basin.
- Pedestrian street at 1.9 km
- The ocean beach of Grand Crohot is an hour away by bike by bike path, allowing a nice walk in the forest.
