Enjoy the serenity of the Little Pigeon River right off your balcony while being within walking distance to the Parkway and The Island. Features include comfortable King and Queen beds, two private baths and a shared seasonal pool.

This is an excellent property!! It felt like home and very comfortable. It was so peaceful! My favorite thing was spending time on the balcony. Hearing the birds chirp and watching the geese and ducks were so calming. It was 1 block from the Parkway. We really enjoyed this vacation and staying at this property.

This was our first trip to Dollywood and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the view of the river from the balcony and made a couple of meals to enjoy at night in the kitchen. Everyone slept well in the comfy beds too. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We chose Dean's Den on the River for the location. With our kids always wanting to active in the attractions the area has to offer we felt it was best to be right in the middle of all the action.
