Fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town of Sassnitz
1-room apartment (50m²) in the Villa Fernsicht with a fantastic sea view. Direct location in the old town of Sassnitz, between the Baltic Sea and the national park.
The apartment has a closed balcony on the east side with a view of the old town and the Baltic Sea. There is an open balcony on the west side with a view of the pier and the Prorer Wiek.
The apartment also includes a living room, a separate kitchen with a sea view, and a separate daylight bathroom with rain shower.
Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, parking space, WiFi, and Netflix are included.
On request, we can put fresh bread in front of your apartment door every morning.
The apartment was renovated in 2018/2019 and newly furnished.

Sehr schöne, gern zu empfehlende FeWo
Die Wohnung liegt phantastisch, alle Fotos im Netz entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung sowie die Ausrüstung als FeWo lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alle Gegenstände sehr gepflegt. Ob für zwei Erwachsene oder Familie mit zwei Kindern - die Wohnung garantiert besten Aufenthalt. Wir werden wiederkommen.
