House was perfect for our family. Open floor plan on main level so that we could all be together. House had everything that we needed. Super close to camelback skiing and snowboarding. The host Sami was very friendly and checked in to make sure that we were all set. Enjoyed our stay!
Our group was there for the rafting trips, so we stayed there for 2 nights, first of all, the host was super nice, she replied everything in a timely manner, second, this house is well equipped. Overall, the house is pretty clean, I stayed in that area couple times, this house is definitely top 2, it’s quiet at night, you will definitely have a good sleep.
Sami was very easy to communicate with. She was very responsive. The house was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 little ones). The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The bathrooms had ample amount of towels. The laundry room included detergent pods and dryer sheets. She's an amazing considerate host. I would def book here again.
We arrived after the allowed check in time to a house that had the door left ajar during sub zero temps. We had an infant with us and the house was at 60 degrees. The main floor did not rise above 67 degrees until the next day. We were also interrupted on the night of arrival by the cleaning company coming back to “fold towels” after we had already unpacked. Next there were constant electrical issues because we had to use every space heater and it kept causing surges. Additionally, 3 outlets in the main floor did not work. It was not comfortable to sit and watch TV without breaking your neck looking up on couches that were far too close. We also had an issue with our tub not draining due to hair clogging the drain. Also, the description says smart TVs but there are only two in the house, master bedroom and main floor. The other two TVs only have 5 local stations and were unusable. We left a night early because it became unsuitable for adults, let alone an infant and 4 year old.

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry the stay did not meet expectations, especially while traveling with an infant and young child.
That said, many of the concerns raised could have been addressed more effectively had we been contacted directly during your stay. We are always available to resolve issues in real time, and raising concerns after departure does not give us the opportunity to correct them while you are in the home.
Regarding the temperature, the cleaning team and handyman were sent to support promptly. The home has a dual thermostat system, and if the second-floor thermostat had been adjusted appropriately, the temperature could have been raised to 78 degrees. We also communicated that during single-digit outdoor temperatures, the supplemental space heater on the first floor would be necessary to assist the system.
The brief return by the cleaning team was simply to ensure the home was fully prepared. We apologize if that felt disruptive.
On the electrical concerns, the handyman assessed the situation and has since confirmed that all outlets that went out have been repaired and are fully operational. Running multiple high-wattage space heaters on the same circuit can cause temporary overloads. Regarding the TVs, we keep backup Fire Sticks available and would have gladly provided one if this had been mentioned during your stay. Occasionally, guests do leave with them, which is why we maintain spares.
We work hard to maintain the property and respond quickly when notified. Direct communication during a stay allows us to deliver that level of service and make things right in the moment. We truly would have preferred the opportunity to do so for you and your family.
