About this property

Pied à Terre Personnel à Saint Denis : Studio 7e Ciel !

The studio has a spacious living room, folding bed (160x190) and a place to work (fibre optic Internet), facing west, with a balcony and ventilator.
The skyline allows to see a large panorama of Paris City as “La défense”, the Eiffel & Montparnasse towers, as well as Montmartre.
The building, Le Séverine (1972) is safe, with caretaker, elevators (and stairs), the door has 3 points of security and is connected, it’s fire proof 30’ and soundproofing. There are video surveillance cameras in the building and the parking.
There is a shower room (80x80) + separate toilets with wash basin.
A separated kitchen provides: washing machine with integrated dryer (8/4kg), oven, dishwasher, vitroceramic cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine.
We lived there about 2 weeks each month, it is functional and equipped, you can find all the necessary in before you go to buy your stuff (a big supermarket is open every days in the immediate surroundings and a market take place each Tuesday, Friday and Sunday (the biggest in Ile de France).
By feet: Historical down town is at 5' / Métro L13 Basilique 4' / Tram 1 Marché de Saint-Denis 4'/ RER D Saint Denis 15' / Stade de France 25'/
By public transportation: Saint Lazare or Châtelet (Paris Centre) in 20' / CDG airport 50’ (RER B+D).

The apartment was great, the hosts were beyond excellent and it was a short walk to public transit. Unfortunately, everything we came to see was a fair distance away so we lost a lot of time on transit we didn’t expect.

The studio was perfect - clean and well equipped with clear instructions for everything. We didn't know much about the area but got to explore a part of Paris "off the beaten path." The Basilica and tombstones of French royalty were amazing, and we attended a concert during the Saint-Denis festival. The metro and shopping were close by. It's a busy area, not the richest area of Paris but full of life.
