Awesome property. Very responsive host. The view was great. Pool was good for the kids. The hot tub was definitely hot. So many porches and places to relax. Bedrooms were spacious.

A perfect location in North Topsail beach close to Snead's Ferry and Surf City shops and restaurants. The house comfortably sleeps extended families with amble "dorm-style" rooms for kids - we had a girl cousin dorm and a boy cousin dorm which they loved! The common living room, pool area and beachfront access ensured everyone had the freedom to enjoy whichever activity they chose with the oversight and safety of adults at all times. Craig is a very responsive host and we've stayed at his property two years in a row. I'm sure you and your family will make beautiful memories here just as we have!

Wonderful place for a large family gathering

We celebrated a wedding anniversary with our family of 20 in this well appointed beach home. With two Fridges, dishwashers, ovens, toasters, and an icemaker; the kitchen was well prepared for our crew. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the most amazing location, house, everything. I can’t recommend enough. We had our wedding here, the set up went so smoothly. Beautiful pool, house right on the beach. Our only worry every day was, beach or pool.We would be lucky to come back.

Overall, we had a great vacation. The house has many strengths & one of the better layouts we've experienced.oCovered decks are fantastic, providing shade throughout the day. We have a tradition of nicknaming every house we stay in; this one is "The Cruise Ship" because from the top decks it felt like you were at sea; nothing but water stretching out in front of you.oLocation is truly beachfront; you walk down the steps, and you are on the sand.oThe kitchen/great room was a big hit; we've stayed in homes with two kitchens before, but one large gathering space where everyone could cook, eat, and spend time together is better. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. As expected, with a large beachfront home that’s enjoyed by families week after week, there are signs of wear & occasional maintenance items. Nothing prevented us from enjoying our stay, but future guests should expect a few typical beach-house quirks & may need to reach out to management during their stay. We were looking for a spacious, well-located beach house with a pool, not a white-glove luxury hotel, and on those priorities this home delivered. The amount of usable beach varies considerably with the tide. At high tide, the water can come very close to the beach access stairs, so we found it best to time our beach activities accordingly, setting up after the tide receded and making sure chairs and beach gear were moved before the water returned. Overall, we had a great family vacation.

Beautiful, well-appointed home

We were so comfortable! The house was clean, had everything we needed and everything worked well. The beds were even comfortable! It's a beautiful spot on the beach. Don't miss a stop at the Tiki Bar!

The property is very beautiful and in a great location. You can't beat the view. Beautiful kitchen. Cleanliness and maintenance could be better. One of the showers need fixing and one of the closets had humidity problems. Other than that it was a great stay.
