Roomy but cluttered

The house was charming with lots of room but there was clutter in some of the rooms. The downstairs bedroom with a queen bed had books just stacked in the top of the closet and some kind of linens just threw into the bottom of the closet. The door to the closet was under the bed. There were ants in the kitchen every where. The kitchen cabinets looked ransacked with no organization. The shower leaks in the basement which is where the washer and dryer are, so it was very dank and musty. The futon beds are too short for even a young teen. It could be really nice but needs some TLC.
