Conveniently located, sleep up to 4 adults/2 kids this 1 King bedroom with 2 twin beds/ futon sofashort in living room. Uber ride to downtown- 5 miles. Brand New Condos featuring amazing walkability to East Nashville hot spots with Nicoletto's, Grimey's Music, Elegy Coffee Bar, The Fox Bar & Cocktail club and Mickey's Tavern right across the street. Pet's welcome for $35 extra per night.

The entire 1 bedroom condo with kitchen, living room and bath with washer and dryer in the condo.

There is an additional shared workspace and sitting area in the lobby area- see pictures.

I am readily available via text.

East Nashville bars and restaurants- Foxy's, Nicoletta's, and Grimey's records

Uber or lyft is best but we do offer free parking!

There is an entry camera for security. You are welcome to unplug while you are there.

Great location - near shops and restaurants. We were halfway through a long road trip so greatly appreciated the in-house washer/dryer. Only suggestion (as others have mentioned) would be to split the bedroom fan so that you can turn off the light and have the fun still run at night. Would stay again if available next time we are in Nashville!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very, very clean and well equipped. Appreciated the extra supplies that always seem to run out in condo rentals (toilet paper, etc). Alison was super accessible via text message. The bed sleeps great! Easy to get to places in and around Nashville! Thank you!

Communication with the host was constant and thorough. When I had questions, she was quick to respond. Even the young lady who takes care of the place was helpful with a wifi question and made some excellent suggestions on where to shop, eat and spend time nearby. I loved the bed. VERY comfortable. If there were anything I would change is making sure there’s a way to operate the ceiling fan in the bedroom. I like to have moving air when I sleep and couldn’t use it without the light on. The remote was missing. Also, more comfortable furniture in the living room for lounging. Found it difficult to relax while watching TV. Great place overall.

When we arrived at the location we did not have the code to use the elevator for my father who is in a wheelchair and could not possibly climb 2 flights of stairs. Thanks to a kind tenant gave us the code to access into the building because I was only given the door code to our room. I read this in one of the reviews and contact Allison to be sure we have all codes due to my father is in a wheelchair and still I was only given the door code and I did not know I would need a building code to access the elevator but Thank God for the tenant who helped us. The room areas were clean looking at it until I opened the stove and saw how dirty the stove was. There was dog hair on the blue couch but other than those areas everything else was clean. The room had everything you would need to cook in the kitchen - pots, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, coffee machine etc. The bathroom has the towels, sample lotions and conditioners. I liked it had a cleaning brush for the bathroom. TVs with Netflix or live tv and internet.It also had plenty pillows, blankets, fan, There is a washer and dryer that came in good use as we did not go home with a load of dirty clothes. This was my first experience with an Air B&B and it was a Great success, wonderful area nice with local stores for shopping and eating out! The complex was quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location and would also use this location again. I would rate this location a 9 out of 10. Thanks Allison!

A visit with our Grandsons

We came to Nashville to see our daughter and grandsons. The condo is down the street from their house. We had a wonderful few days, going to the zoo and enjoying great restaurants. All the restaurants were close to the condo. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location

Loved this spot close to all the events my husband and I were attending in Nashville, while also just being close to all the conveniences you might need on a trip. The apartment was nice and clean and had an efficient little layout.

Nashville visit

Our family visited Nashville this summer for my daughters dance competition. Host was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately. The location was great was 10 to 20 minutes away from downtown and close to the highway. The apartment was clean and spacious for our tiny family. Would very highly recommend and will stay here again if I ever return to Nashville.

Great Experience!

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights to visit our daughter in Nashville, and were absolutely delighted with Hillbilly Haven! It was perfect for our needs and convenient to where we needed to go. The unit was clean, comfortable and Allison was a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely be rebooking the next time we head up to Nashville to visit our daughter.

Anniversary weekend

Nice condo stocked with everything you need. The king size bed and shower were both great! The couch was not comfortable but the owner said a new one has been ordered. The location was only 15-20 minutes to downtown and easy to get to everything.
