Luxurious, fully renovated Gulf-front condo at the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club on beautiful Holiday Isle — a quiet peninsula surrounded by the Gulf and Destin Harbor. This one-bedroom, one-bath fourth-floor unit has been completely updated, from the kitchen and bath to the fixtures and finishes throughout.

View the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf right from your own living room and private balcony. You don't have to cross a road to enjoy the surf here — just step outside and you're a few paces from the water. The fully-equipped kitchen shares that same stunning Gulf view.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room sleeps two more on a queen sleeper sofa — a comfortable fit for up to four guests. Walk or jog on Holiday Isle's two and a half miles of sidewalks, or bike through its quiet neighborhood streets. Nothing else in Destin quite compares.

The Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is loaded with amenities: a heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, fitness room, men's and women's sauna, and a large conference room with a fully-equipped kitchen. Removed from HWY 98 traffic, but only minutes from great restaurants, Harborwalk Village, The Track, and Big Kahuna's — plus parasailing, snorkeling, and fishing right along the beach.

What's included: Complimentary beach service daily from March 1 – October 31 (two chairs and one umbrella), plus free high-speed WiFi. There's also a dedicated workspace — send your last email of the day, then step out and put your toes in the sand.

A few things to know: Minimum rental age is 25. No pets per HOA policy.

We stayed here for 8 days 7 nights during 4th of July and it was a wonderful experience. We traveled as 3 women/girls and felt safe the entire stay. We loved that a sheriff was on the property as well. Everyone was friendly and respectful and I really appreciated that. The condo was nice, clean and very updated. The beach is visible right out your living room window and balcony. The condos have their own boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. The beach and pool are both clean and nice. I would stay here again.

This was perfect for my husband, grandson, and me. We had a wonderful time.

Very clean, safe. Heated pool, right on the ocean. Our Grandson loved it & didn’t want to leave. The only negative would be the air conditioning. It didn’t respond to the thermostat settings, and always felt too warm.

Wonderful visit!

My husband & I had a great time in Destin over Thanksgiving. The condo is decorated with darker wood like you've walked into an island home in the Carribean. The view from the balcony is beautiful, we saw dolphins a few times! Plenty of sand toys, chairs and a cooler are provided for use. We had a very nice stay and would rent from Frank again!
