Unique “tile house” - 1 block from hospitals and ETSU.

This was our family’s little starter home! The best words to describe this home are “unique” and “querky.” My husband does tile work for a living so there is tile on most of the floors and up most of the walls (which is easy to clean!). There is also natural cypress from S.C. on the bedroom walls and stones from Mexico embedded in tile. The walk-in shower and tub are phenomenal! It has a mountain cabin feel but it’s close to everything! Less than a mile from both hospitals and food!

We have a home library that you’re free to use - adults and children. We also have a small exercise room with a yoga mat, weights, and a few other things. The bathroom is phenomenal - it has a big, tiled tub for soaking and a walk-in, tile shower! There is old Native American pottery imbedded into the tub area. The kitchen has an awesome mirror that goes from floor to ceiling, and anything you’d need to cook.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a toddler bed. There is also a pack-n-play if needed. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a desk. There’s plenty of room for an air mattress (not provided). The living room has a full couch as well as a love seat that has a pull-out bed (double).

WiFi, Netflix, and Hulu included. Private driveway and a porch swing in front. Keurig machine and coffee maker for use.

Guests are free to use the front porch and yard, but the back yard beyond the fence is NOT available for use. The washer/dryer is not available for stays under 5 days, but if someone were interested in staying more than a week, we would make it happen!

CLEANLINESS: We use a hospital-grade disinfectant fogger machine to clean all furniture and surfaces between each guest. All beds have a waterproof, anti-allergen mattress protector in addition to bleached mattress covers, sheets, blankets, and towels.

Dogs are NOT completely out of the question - message me and we can possibly make it work, depending on a few things.

Train Warning: There is a train that runs through beyond the back yard and you can hear the horn.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUT.

You have a full driveway to use that’s on the right side of the house. Feel free to bring up to 3 vehicles (max). If you like to bike or kayak, definitely bring them with you!
