Stayed here because it had good reviews and was pet friendly. Unfortunately, this house is smoked in and smells overwhelmingly like cigarettes. All our clothes and dogs bed/blankets REAK now. In addition, the bed frame is broken and squeaks LOUDLY everytime you move rendering it nearly impossible to sleep on. The sheets on the bed also seemed unwashed and full of hair and stains. I would spend the extra money next time and get something higher quality if you value your health and rest.

This guest apparently did not realize that the property is listed as smoking allowed. Instead of contacting me or VRBO about their error and trying to find a resolution, they decided to go ahead and stay. After their stay, they complained to VRBO about made-up issues and tried to squeeze a refund out of me before they gave this review. I would have gladly allowed them to move on and provided them with a refund if they had notified me of their mistake and had not stayed at the property. The bed is metal so squeaks. It is not broken. The sheets are clean but had a few bleach spots. I'm not tossing out good quality sheets because of a couple of bleach spots.

Nice Spot for Quick Stay

We were in town for the Ohio State Mich game. Place met all our needs. While it’s small, it’s as advertised and very clean. I would definitely stay again.
