Host cancelled reservation when I arrived to the property after trying to contact him for weeks and received no response. He cancelled and claimed he had double booked the property. VRBO had to help me find a new place to stay while I was already in the city. The door is boarded with wood and there’s no way to get inside.

Problème de communication avec l'hôte

Endroit bien situé, correct pour la propeté Par contre, je n' ai pas reçu de directive de l'hôte, je lui ai envoyé plusieurs messages a partir de votre site, mais pas de réponse de sa part. La chambre n'était pas prête pour 16:00,, nous avons eu accès à 17:30-18:00 .
