The room was very nice and clean. Tiny as advertised. Easy access from the street. Many homeless people spend the night across the street in tents, but they don’t bother you or create any challenges. Breakfast was provided which was an unexpected surprise. It was around the corner at a local establishment. The location is very convenient for Notre Dame, Louvre. All of the communication seemed to be generic electronic, but all of the information was complete and easy to understand.

Disliked: Communication
The room is quite humid as noted by the damp toilet paper. In their write up there is no mention the bed is a hide-a-bed, which has a very soft mattress, which is hard for those with back problems. In addition, during the four night stay I told them that room cleaning was not needed during the four night stay. But I would need a set of clean towels, which was turned down. This is unreasonable because there was no mention of no cleaning and no towel replacement in their description. My worst experience in years of travelling.
