We had a short stay and everything was fine. Location to Howard University was 19-22 mins so further than I expected. The property owner was responsive

House was fine, but, floors were not clean, we did remove our shoes as asked, as a result our socks became very soiled. Access to transit very good, bus stops right out the door, very helpful.We tend to cook in the accommodation, the amount and quality of pots and pans were not adequate. Don't have to be top of the line, but, clean and safe would be good.

Great Host!

Yao had EVERYTHING we would need for our stay! Towels, linens, plates, utensils, tvs, wifi, plenty to watch and even left little travels size soaps and lotion in each room. Plenty of room for 2 families including 5 kids total! Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great host, easy to get into the property, and had a direct line of communication with Yao for anything we may have needed!
