The Nakai Chalet is a spacious 2,320 square feet mountain retreat with 3 bedrooms plus a loft, kid-friendly, Convenient and in a Great Location. We have the most comfortable and relaxing private hot tub for 6 with a specialty chair in the Area! one of the few cabins with AC!
Our custom vacation home is located on a hilltop in a quiet residential neighborhood nestled in tall pines and surrounded by the Coconino National Forest. The house is equipped with solid wood furnishings and decorated with a rustic original SW decor.

Featuring:
Quiet location: The property is nestled in natural landscaping of tall pines, and very close to national forest entrances. Also 10 minutes from restaurants which make our location the best. It is the perfect holiday lodging for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Discover the Coconino national forest, Kachina peaks wilderness, Walnut Canyon, Lowel Observatory, Sedona, Kendrick peak wilderness, Snowbowl and the Grand Canyon.
For interest in native culture: Museum of Northern Arizona and Wupatki National Monument.
For longer stays we recommend: Antelope Canyon and Jerome.

ABOUT THE CABIN
WHAT’S NEW:EV Charger: Tesla Level 2 EV charger with universal adapter. Includes NACS and J1772 connectors, accommodating all major North American EVs

Exceptional great room: The living room has a wonderful array of large windows extending up to a 30 ft vaulted ceiling.

Entertainment includes a pool table, flat panel Smart TVs (4), DVD player with a DVD library, . We have Netflix and Amazon prime.

Our kitchen is extremely well equipped with extras from Ninja juicer, egg boiler, rice maker to BBQ tools so you can grill your cut vegetables. Beautiful dish sets to adorn your meals in your stay if you are the entertainer.

Outdoor: The house's patio has a large upper deck, hot tub and a fenced play yard with natural tall pines. Our quiet vacation house/cabin/chalet offers the perfect stay is a great lodging because it covers any of your needs and much more. An informal court to play Badmington and volleyball is outside.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
In the weekend we have a minimum of 3 nights and 2 nights during weekdays. If I don't have the 3 nights then I can rent it for 2 nights only.
If you bring more than 8 people to the cabin including babies, your deposit will be retained.
No recreational Marijuana is allowed in the premises.

Cozy home with everything you need to feel welcome and comfortable. The hot tub was in perfect condition and was a highlight on the cool nights. Pool and ping pong table provided endless hours of fun! Spent a good amount of time on the back deck enjoying the cool weather, passing the time playing card games. This was a great place for our family of 7! I would highly recommend and we would love to come back and stay again. We drove up in a snowstorm and the house was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to make meals and eat snacks - including an air fryer and crock pot. It was so nice to have soup that was warm and ready when we got back after a day at Snowbowl. The kids (teens and adults) played pool and ping pong throughout the weekend. I love that they wanted to be in the main room all the time. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent and is close to Flagstaff and Snowbowl. The neighborhood is quiet which makes it a peaceful retreat. While driving up through the snow, I was worried about the roads, but the snow plow had worked on the Kachina Village roads by the time everyone arrived. We had 3 vehicles drive up from the Phoenix area (because of varied work schedules) and there was plenty of room to park. Our host was easy to work with and very responsive. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We had such a great time in this cozy spot close to Flagstaff. Beds were comfortable with soft linens - kitchen had everything we needed - enjoyed hot tub and playing pool/ping pong after hiking and exploring!

We really enjoyed staying at this fabulous property. The owners went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed as well as extra things to have fun with (toys for little kids, board games, pool table, badmiton, hot tub, etc.). We believe this is an ideal location, close to town without the hassle of noise and traffic, located on top of a hilly neighborhood nestled in pine forest. It is also is centered between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We can plan day trips or enjoy what Flagstaff has to offer. We love our neighborhood, which with find picturesque and very unique. National Forest access point are within 1 mile.
