The organisation of the house is on one level and is located upstairs where the comfort of a Living Room of more than 45m2 welcomes you with its fireplace, its corner sofa and its corner TV.La contemporary kitchen is independent and fully equipped: induction hob with its hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a wide choice of kitchen utensils and storage. You can share a meal on a central island with a stool for 6/8 people. It opens onto a large terrace of more than 30m2 shaded by an arbour allowing access to the pool area with its summer lounge to relax and its dining area that can accommodate 8/10 people.

The sleeping area includes 4 spacious bedrooms between 13 and 15m2, 3 of which have a 160X200 bed and one with two 90X200 beds. Each has its own 5m2 bathroom with Italian showers and one with a bathtub, a large mirror on a sink and a toilet.

The private swimming pool (4m x 9m) treated with salt is sunny all day long. It offers moments of refreshment, games and relaxation on the deckchairs provided. You can also enjoy the petanque court or the ping-pong table for your greatest pleasure.
